Pros: gorgeous apartments, spacious, well priced, close to subway Cons: A hoarder lives in the building and there is a wretched stink coming from their place.I saw mice a few times and there were always droppings underneath the sink. if i put out traps the mice would disappear, but still. Advice to landlord: Pest control, improve garbage maintenance
