Pros: Exterminator came every two weeks and management was responsive. Quiet. Cons: There were some issues that the super just immediately dismissed (water going down very slowly)

Pros: Great neighborhood, nice and warm in winters with very powerful heat Cons: Garbage is left in lobby by backyard exit

Pros: People are generally very friendly and it’s a safe area to be in. Cons: Lots of honking in the area and a bit noisy.

Pros: It is a large rent stabilized building that is in a quiet area, and close to the train. Cons: Building is older and renovations happen slowly.

Pros: Close to train Cons: A lot of cockroaches, loud upstairs neighbors up all night, walls/ceiling flooded from above unit several times

Pros: Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. My apartment was gut renovated so I have nice appliances and a clean bathroom Cons: Bored teenagers vandalize common areas. Since covid it has been difficult to get an exterminator. Every single one of my packages gets stolen, but I don’t know if that’s someone actually in the building.
