The neighbors are quiet for the most part. Neighborhood is great super easy location. Everything is within walking distance. The Landlord is a slumlord. If you need a repair he always blames the tenant. He purposely does the shittiest repair job possible with the crappiest materials to discourage you from ever asking for repairs again. He barely gives any heat. The apartment windows are old and outdated so prepare to freeze. You have to hound him to clean the building or keep the garbage areas clean. 1) Update apartments. 2) Treat tenants as you would want to be treated. 3) Be FAIR and HONEST
