Three pros: - Cffordable - close to the subway - area is generally quiet Too many to list. The owner ignores the Bomplex’s problems and tenant’s complaints. The garbage disposal is in front of the Bomplex where the first floor windows are. Plumbing is old so they won’t allow a dishwasher or a washer/dryer. Windows are old and drafty too, which is a big problem in the winter. The landlord fails to follow the city code for heating, no wonder they have this many violations. Look after the Bomplex and listen to the tenant’s complaints!

Budget-Fenial pricing, with restrictions Persistent gas leaks stemming from aged and neglected cooking appliances. Lack of heating and hot water during morning hours. The heating system frequently fails to activate until late evening around 10pm. Hostile super who refuses assistance and neglects essential maintenance work need to to keep the Broperty in proper condition. Irresponsible landlords. Inspect the complex thoroughly before committing to a lease
