Pros: there are no pros Cons: EVERYTHING! BEDBUGS, MICE, RATS, ROACHES! Dirty hallways & trash room!! Everything brakes! Advice to landlord: DO BETTER!

Pros: Cheap rent, spacious, but they’re increasing their prices Cons: Dirty, neighbors loudly listen to music in the front, leave trash everywhere, cockroaches everywhere. Advice to landlord: Have maintenance come once a day to clean everything.

Pros: There is nothing about this unit that is a pro.. Cons: EVERYTHING!!!!!! There is never any hot water! There is bedbugs, mice, hella roaches, & there is always garbage in the building!! Do not move here!! Advice to landlord: Get your shit together!

Pros: All utilities included Cons: Roaches no matter how much you clean! Poor management Only care about rent and not there tenants! Something is always broken Poorly renovated Disgusting Building People in hallways smoking allllll day!! Hot water always in and out! Advice to landlord: Get rid of these roaches and tighten up on security!

Pros: Has an elevator that always worked. Utilities included in rent. Close to train, bus, and stores Cons: Always bugs and mice despite weekly pest control presence. Garbage shoots don’t work so garbage is just piled in the garbage room on each floor until it’s collected. Broken things fixed but you have to take time off work because they only come during business hours. The mail room is awful. I had to get packages mailed to work because I didn’t want to spend my whole Saturday morning in line hoping I’d get to the window before it closed. Advice to landlord: Fix the garbage chutes. Get more people in the mailroom. Offer 24 hour maintenance.

Pros: There is no pros to living in this complex Cons: Owners does not take complaints about the safety issue seriously, always a group of people hanging out in front the build and halls. Homeless man sometimes sleep in the building on first floor. There is to much wrong with this building to keep mentioning. Advice to landlord: List to Tenants complaints and act on them.

Pros: None there are no pros for this building Cons: The neighbors are very rude and have no regard for safety or others who live in the building. Department of health needs to come to this building. Gang controlled environment. Advice to landlord: Add a tougher security force and stricter property rules and better surveillance cameras. Better maintenance workers.

Pros: Heat good sometimes water good Cons: Building unsafe entrance lock is broken Building floors are filthy not swept mopped or waxed. Repairs in units are not done. They want your rent but no service. Seems like only only section8 tenants get repairs done. I’m not on section8 anymore so my repairs are overlooked Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants better. Hire people that wants to work instead of hiding out. Have supervisors do daily inspection of buildings not just the first floor. Have repairs done when appointments are made People take day off and nothing gets done BUILDING DOES NOT SANITIZE NO COVID-19 CLEANING DONE FILTHY DIRTY

Pros: Convenient area next to stores, transportation, and eatery’s Cons: Tenants do not respect the building or other tenants. Too many spots of dog fecies, even in doorway. horrible weather response(snow removal) , smoking/weed smoking in laundry, tenants breaking front door to allow access to others, poor trash removal, poor or no evening patrols by security. Unsafe conditions in stairways. Loud noises and music til early morning hours. Etc. Advice to landlord: Increase camera installation, in security patrols, better response from security team and property management. Increase penalties and cleaning of walk ways and doorways.
