Pros: Small but clean building, cleaned weekly. doesn't smell in the hallways, neighbors friendly and courteous. Laundry is actually decent. Best thing, every tuesday they have an exterminator make the rounds just to check in. LL is very responsive, writes recommendations, easy to work with. Cons: Thin walls I guess Advice to landlord: Maybe clean the dryer vent.
