Flatbush around Church and Nostrand avenues is one of NYC's most vibrantly Caribbean neighborhoods — patois echoes on the streets, doubles vendors set up shop, and the Flatbush Junction outdoor market draws weekend crowds. It's affordable, lively, and deeply authentic.
