Unit 3L Pros: Clean and attentive building manager. They paid to fully replace the creaky steps and they're great now. Laundry in building is fair priced. It's all good. Cons: Neighbors are loud sometimes, and they have a loudly barking dog and there is construction on the block regularly and Advice to landlord: None, they do great
