Pros: The location is fantastic. So many stores and restaurants nearby. High ceilings and friendly neighbors. The exposed brick is beautiful and the rooftop is a big plus. Cons: People are getting sick due to the amount of mice droppings and pest issues. This would not be a problem if the landlord were responsive at all. Calls and texts go unanswered and they only talk to us when its about paying rent. Our health and the cleanliness of the building is not their priority. Even when we moved in they did not paint or clean from the previous tenants. The walls are also super thin. We can hear our upstairs neighbors so clearly, it's like they are in our apartment. Advice to landlord: Listen to your tenents and address issues before people start getting sick
