Pros: Renovated with nice appliances Cons: Currently run by Venn, a coliving. They ignore problems they are not willing to take care of, such as mold, heat problems, etc. You can hear mice in the wall once in a while. Advice to landlord: Focus on making the home inhabitable rather than doing events. Without a safe and nice home, those are pointless.
