Pros: It is kept up mostly and no one bothers me Cons: A bit getto and in a bad area. Not the most safest spot to live in Advice to landlord: None

Pros: The apartments are spacious Cons: I do not like that it takes long to contact management , The laundry room needs more machines ( there are 6 working machines and 4 dryers there are 17 floors in the building with about 8 Apartments on each floor , you do the math an see if that makes sense ) Advice to landlord: The Property owner needs to do their job more sufficiently it appears that she does not and I have been hearing the same thing from numerous tenants since the day that I have moved in . If you don't want to do your job, step aside and let someone do it that wants to work.
