Pros: For the most part - quiet neighbors. The J/Z running by and characters on Broadway is another story Cons: As soon as you walk in the buidling you are met with filth. I mean garbage overflowing to the point you cant even access mail. Garbage on the floor for weeks Advice to landlord: Work on the cleanliness.

Pros: Proximity to bars, train, laundry and grocery. The super is responsive and kind. Good closet space. Cons: Super dusty, as in sticky dust that you cannot remove. It took 3 months to sort out our deposit when management traded over and another month to have an oven with a gas leak addressed. Apartments “B” are more like 1 1/2 bedroom, one will only fit a full size bed and a tall dresser. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive and knowledgeable of your tenants’ needs.
