Pros: Good heat during the fall and winter seasons Cons: The building is absolutely disgusting. Little to no maintenance. The hallway smells stink, the floors is never swept or mopped. Garbage all on the stairwell the neighbors doesn’t clean up after their pets. The neighbors play loud music smoke weed in the halls, a lot of loitering in the building. They steal your packages. the garbage is never sorted out for sanitation to pick up. The whole building representation is so poor. The slumlord does not care about the maintenance of his building he only cares about collecting his rent. There is no super for this building so things that needs to get done in the apartment takes months before anyone can come fix it. There is no one to clean and maintain the building during the week. A lot of drug dealer is in and out of this building. This is the worst place to live in Advice to landlord: My advice is to hire a full time super and stop being cheap. Have someone clean and maintain the property that you own. Stop allowing anyone to come move in the building just because they’re in a program. This is the most nastiest building I’ve ever encountered, the whole building needs a wash out. New paint job, a few renovations. Pay someone to clean and sort out the garbage. Don’t allow the garbage to pile up, this is how it becomes out of control.
