Pros: Good location and modern building. Month-to-month lease was very convenient-- you just have to find your replacement. Good air conditioning in the rooms. Cons: We had a leak that took management a VERY long time to address. I also found the management team to be a bit abrasive on the phone with them-- they could work on their organization as well.

Pros: Never had major bug issues. Great location. AC/Heat units in all bedrooms. Cons: The trash problem got so bad multiple times that it piled up and you had to step over piles of trash to enter the building. The walls are paper thin, heard my neighbors have sex and talking on the phone all the time. Says no animals allowed yet had a crazy dog living above me that never shut up. The ceiling in one bedroom started to get a major water leak, landlord did nothing. The building on the side was literally falling down. Built terribly and clearly quickly to just make money. Getting our deposit back was frustrating because they wouldn’t just send it to us they made us go to some random persons apartment and some strange woman we had never met handed us a check. Advice to landlord: Start carrying about your tenants and properties. And have a proper superintendent.
