Pros: The heat worked great, and the unit was quite affordable compared to the rest of Brooklyn. Cons: Roaches GALORE! The trash chutes used to get clogged up so tenants would sometimes leave trash bags at the door of the shoot.

Pros: Safe area, plenty of land to walk around and enjoy a day out, good/shopping centers all around Cons: Pest control could use some tweaking as well as owner responsiveness. Heat/ac are useless at times and often gets turned on late for the corresponding season
