East Flatbush is one of Brooklyn's most Caribbean neighborhoods — Jamaican patty shops, Trinidadian roti spots, and Haitian bakeries line the avenues. It's residential, affordable, and deeply community-oriented, with the Kings County Hospital anchoring the area.
