Unit 5B Pros: The landlord was super responsive and human. Best landlord I've ever had in NYC Cons: Neighbors were a little loud sometimes and liked to party

Pros: Elevators work. Near subway. Nice neighbors. Super is really nice. Cons: 3rd floor always smells like weed and has weird people going in and out of an apt. Halls and elevator smell like trash. They don’t care for maintenance. Neighboring building has terrible trash so you have to jump over huge rats to get home. Gym should not be called a gym. Laundry machines are terrible. Advice to landlord: Clean up halls. Gym is in terrible conditions. Better laundry machines.
