Unit 2C Pros: Neighbors are friendly enough Cons: Severe German roach infestation throughout the entire building that management refuses to do anything about. I'm seeing upwards of 20 roaches a day, both in my apartment and in common spaces, despite keeping clean and putting out traps. I have developed severe stress and PTSD from living in such a filthy building. Also they lied to the city saying they fixed the problem when they actually did nothing, a later HPD inspection confirmed that to be the case. This landlord is dishonest and predatory, stay away! Advice to landlord: Hire a licensed exterminator to fumigate the entire building.
