Unit 4 Pros: Historic building with charm and character - perfect location. Cons: Landlord is cheap and does not maintain the apartment, so it is falling apart - and for the price charged for rent, the property should be maintained and the landlord should pay the people he hires to work on the apartments.

Pros: interior architecture is alright Cons: dirty entryway, old stairs that make so much noise throughout the apt, awful bass playing chain smoking downstairs neighbor that will never move out and a landlord who will NOT return your security deposit and take all your money. whatever you do, run away. do not rent here.
