Pros: I have lived here for many years. Many good memories of the decent neighbors who have unfortunately been forced to deal with parasite management companies. Cons: The blood-sucking parasites that provide zero value or service, hold the dilapidated property, and make tenants suffer through their abuse and neglect. Advice to landlord: Porta-potties are probably more your speed.
