The staff that works onsite (super, door personnel, cleaning, etc) do their jobs well and are so kind and responsive. Packages are Effortless, maintenance requests are attended, decent gym, and Btunning rooftop. Smart mgmt is HORRIBLE. They will try to scam you at every corner making up random fees on the spot that are NOWHERE in writing. They don't provide access to a balance sheet and ignore every form of written communication in favor of phone calls so that they can more easily try to charge you extra fees. STOP SCAMMING YOUR RESIDENTS

This is a solid apartment complex featuring numerous amenities and welcoming front desk personnel. The units themselves feel well-maintained and upscale. The mgmt team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful. That said, the air circulation in our unit leaves something to be desired, and we've dealt with a minor pest issue (fortunately, mgmt acts promptly when you request pest control services). worth checking out upgrading the HVAC system for improved cooling.
