Pros: Small space, but everything was great. Landlord & super are kind, building is clean, quiet neighbors and quiet street! Cons: Not smoke free

Pros: Location - it's hard to beat. Prime location in north slope with great access to subways. Building is quite well-maintained too. Cons: Folks from the management company are quite abrasive, dismissive, disrespectful and also don't honor their words. Advice to landlord: Change a person to manage the apartment.

Pros: I liked the tree lined streets, wood floors, and nice (though small) appliances. Cons: Management is not attentive or friendly, stairs aren’t kept clean, neighborhood is loud (nearby bars, clubs, etc) thiefs regularly get into building to steal packages, and units are far too small. Feels like a dorm room essentially. Advice to landlord: Pay more attention to the property and tenants.
