Unit 2 Pros: There's actually a lot of pros about the space itself, and we truly enjoyed our time there. However it was completely soured by her lack of communication as we moved out, and she never gave us back our deposit. (Including the downstairs tenant when they moved out). Cons: As mentioned above. Advice to landlord: You need to follow the law and give us back our deposit.
