Unit 20F Pros: Very well maintained, all issues were fixed quickly, nice amenities such as weekly free yoga classes, occasional events organized for the residents. Nice community, lots of great outdoor spaces and breathtaking views. I loved living there. Cons: There's really not much to say here. Only things I can think of: Doormen and super are gossipy. Kitchen sink water never got hot. Not accommodating in terms of rent reduction during Covid. Advice to landlord: Local staff should be trained to be less gossipy, more professional. They were all very friendly and helpful though.
