Pros: Right across the park, very lovely doorman Cons: Building was dirty. Neighbors weren’t mindful to keep the area clean

Pros: it's kept clean by the building super, neighbors are respectful Cons: Management doesn't seem to care to effectively fix issues in the apartments when they arise Advice to landlord: Take your tenants concerns seriously
