Pros: The only nice the was the huge rooms Cons: The building was full of mice, on the stairs in the apartments , lots of bugs . Loud neighbors playing music all night. Garbage everywhere raccoons and skunks playing in the garbage . Door were never locked and never received keys to even be able to get into doors if they ever were locked. Way to many stairs about 9 flights of stairs if you lived on the top floor Advice to landlord: Get rid of this building to someone who will actually care for it
