Pros: Elevator usually works , park across the street Cons: Exterminator needs to come more often Advice to landlord: Weekly exterminator would be beneficial to everyone

Pros: Spacious apartment ! Cons: People don’t follow property rules. Inconsiderate noisy neighbors. Doesn’t feel like how it used to during the years of 1993-2015. Management sucks ! Advice to landlord: Please do better. This place has gone to trash. Nobody follows rules. You call to report issues with apartment nobody returns calls.
