Pros: For a new apartment, it cosmetically looked nice. you were also able to control the air conditioner and heater, which was also good. Cons: the management office was absolutely horrific. when needed something, they were unresponsive, to the point where you had to go to their office. they would try to claim you need to make an appointment but would never pick up the phone. My last week there, they also shut off my electricity, which was in the middle of a heatwave, so I lost all of the food in my fridge. I also have health conditions which made it extremely dangerous, and they initially refused to return my security deposit, until I threatened legal action. the most unprofessional management I've ever dealt with.
