Unit 6D Pros: The maintenance team and neighbors were superb. Cons: Roaches, Water damage, and lack of response from management Advice to landlord: Address the water damage in building and be reachable

Pros: Beautiful scenery and ideal location. Cons: Unsafe feeling, unknown people coming and going all hours of the night, garbage thrown out windows, people spit in the elevator Advice to landlord: Stop being greedy and taking in anyone. I was screened when I signed my lease.

Pros: My Apt is newly renovated. Cons: No insulation between apartments. Can hear every step of upstairs neighbor. Very disturbing. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive via email. Don’t be lazy when renovating. Cleaning should happen more often (DAILY). Why am I seeing the same litter , smudges or dust for several days straight?

Pros: The maintenance guys try to help Cons: Tons of various vermin Sewage in the parking garage Small apartment for a lot of money Advice to landlord: My only advice is for you to actually care about the property. You are negligent and lazy.
