There’s an elevator and live-in super. The neighborhood is near the NYC subway and Metro-North. Repairs are hard to get because of lack of responsiveness and inherent problems in an old building-old electrical outlets, old windows, old plumbing. You have to call 311 to get anything done. Repairs are shoddily done.

Just the space of the Alat and nice looking that it. When you come in the lobby it smell like trash and it always grimy. And all the floors you go to grimy not mops the hallways and the elevator jumps and is slow and has a lot of roaches in the hallway and the Alat and mouse as well and the heat no heat Alat are always as cold as outside and two of the radiators in my Alat don’t work only two do. And the landlord has no manner and no respect for tenants treat them like they shit this place is no good at all.  Fix up the Bacility and fix his bed side manner as well I read his college history went to college for psychology and that was a waste because he doesn’t know how to treat people he no good will never rent from a slumlord again.

i didn’t like much - neighbors - sound level -lack of repairs If you care about your properties and would live in them all you would do better by this one.

The building has an elevator and an on-site super. It's conveniently located close to NYC subway and Metro-North transit options. Getting maintenance done is a challenge due to poor communication and typical issues that come with an aging structure—outdated electrical systems, aging windows, deteriorating pipes. You end up needing to contact 311 just to get work completed. When repairs are finally made, the quality is often terrible.
