Nice apt. layouts Mice infestation in all apartments Scaffolding up for over 2 years with no work started, No landscaping Water damage in most walls and ceilings “Indoor” parking garage has broken door… won’t fix because not worth the price grimy halls, broken locks… color scheme is brown and beige… Fix up your building and you’d make more money, dummy.

It's located in a nice area. If you ever think about moving into 3950 Blackstone Avenue or any building belonging to Weinreb, beware! Many things have happened, but the most recent case was this Friday. The super cut the water supply on the entire line B (Apt 1B, 2B, etc.) and didn’t notify. When we called, he said they would fix the issue on Monday. From Friday to Monday with no water at all. They opened a hole in my bathroom and will open another one in the kitchen to find out if a pipe is leaking down to the basement. If you go to the DOB, the property's number of violations is alarming. I’m waiting for my lease to expire next year. So if my apartment or any other is vacant, don't move because you will regret it. Maintenance is disgusting, and there’s mold, issues take weeks or months to get resolved, and the floors are not insulated. It's a mess! Weinreb mgmt is being sued by the city too. No one can have a thriving business by being greedy, rude, and irresponsible. There's a lack of understanding and education, and it shows.

The laundry rooms are large and well kept. Pet Farm Bacility. The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors doing all kinds of things. They converted to gas heat and the price went up so after years of Gonderful heat they gave the minimum amount of heat.

The neighborhood is fantastic. The residents here are wonderful. The super and his team are hardworking and do their best with what they're given. The challenge is that significant repairs drag on. The maintenance staff lacks okay equipment to complete work efficiently. There's a persistent pest issue that needs addressing. With some investment and attention, this building could be truly great.
