Pros: Location: across the street from a park with quick access to buses and trains. Cons: The tenants and neighbors. Dirty people who throw things out of the window, hang in the court yard, and generally just don't give af. Advice to landlord: Take more pride in your upkeep and maybe tenants will want to take better care as well.
