Pros: Elevator access Access to park and trains Cons: Landlord is very disrespectful and doesnt know how to welcome new tenants into the building I had issues in my apartment that took forever to be taken care of No parking for your car at all Advice to landlord: Don’t be a landlord if you’re not a people’s person, you’re not very helpful at all
