Pros: Neighbors are nice. It's also nice to have the gym. Cons: Packages are constantly stolen. Property management is non responsive. The community room has been shut down for over 2 years. The laundry room is always dirty. Advice to landlord: Take care of your buildings, respond to your tenants.

Pros: Maintenance is great. Supt responds quickly to any issues if any. New Building. Cons: Management doesn’t respond when it involves matters regarding lease or being appropriate via email. Phone call is hit or miss. They seem very disorganized or stressed out. Some neighbors are extremely rude and feel like they take over certain common areas and dont like to share. Some tenants smoke MJ despite being a non smoking building. The smell goes through bathroom vents. Landlord did not think to get tenants first dibs and discount on parking inside of building. Advice to landlord: Take action on tenants who violate lease like smoking. Maintain communication, we are trying to keep the standards of the building. Get discount for tenants for parking privileges.

Pros: The building looks pretty with a gym, parking lot (300 monthly 300 deposit), and rec room (has kitchen, billiards) apartment isn't as cramped. Laundry is in the building. Cons: Upon the first week, I had no hot water, the finishes become easily scuffed, and lastly the building has no insulation! Expect irate neighbors all because you can hear everything from sneezes to alexas to children. Everything shakes in the building and if you think living on the main floor will save..now you have to deal with the noise from the garage. This place sucks and people have had the cops, cps, fire departments called on them out of spite. Everything is electric so expect high coned bills because again no insulation! AVOID. Advice to landlord: Insulate the damn building and put some concrete between the floors before a tenant kills another because I've seen full on fights and arguments because the noise is unbearable.

Pros: New finishes and modern touches on building; laundry room is above ground, trash chutes on every floor, they are quick to make repairs Cons: Property Management is trash, they only care about money, they don't resolve issues with neighbors, they are inconsistent with their memos. Noisey building when we moved in they said it was sound proof ..its not we can hear ever move our neighbors make; no matter how many complaints you make to management they do nothing.. and just advised us to call the cops People have been peeing in stairwells and spitting in the elevator; people smoke weed so much the smell gets in your house Advice to landlord: You need better property management, and problem solving measures

Pros: Everything is new. Property owner responded with ways to help when COVID hit. Provided emergency supplies in the 1st phase for the first couple months for all tenants. Provided advice and help with payments when covid hit. Cons: Inconsistency with management communication, Lack of real emergency number unless you have Super’s number. No private parking. Some units are not worth the amount being charged. Advice to landlord: Tenants should’ve gotten a discount on parking and bundle it with rent to make it more valuable. Be consistent with communication. Most often, no one responds to emails. Where emergency number? When you call, it goes to office switchboard with no option for emergency.
