Amenities, quietness, people mgmt isn't good, don’t clean the Bacility how it should be, pest, no good responses in timely mgmt, high sky rent amount Do a better job with managing and cleaning and rent should not be so high with little done

- new appliances - layout - neighbors - mail delivery - packages are safe - gym is missing weights and machines are broken for months at a time. Gym TV's don't work, they're for decorations. - rooftop (not as advertised). You've got a few chairs and often trashed. - drying machines (way too hot, no way to control heat) - mgmt replies after 2 or 3 emails, never the first one - super is rude and said some wild stuff to me and my family - Garbage/recycling mgmt is a mess Keep up with the amenities of the building. You advertise with such nice photos but the rooftop is often trashed or missing most of the furniture. The gym isn't managed at all.; the bike in the gym has been missing a peddle for over 5 months. Tell Charlie to answer his emails.

Alat, parking, gym poor maintenance. rooftop looks like a hot mess, the gym is falling apart. All this and the rents keeps going up not sure for what. Take care of your building. we pay for it

The fitness facility remains poorly maintained with broken or missing machines and accumulated dust. mgmt prioritizes profits over occupant concerns and feedback. The super isn't particularly supportive beyond basic entrance tidying—comes across as unmotivated. The structure requires better upkeep standards. Consider adjusting rents before occupants start leaving and revenue declines. The gym requires repairs and consistent cleaning. Stop nickel-and-diming tenants with gimmicks like that pointless entrance vending machine that sits empty.
