1. The super (Jose) is awesome. 2. Besidence has Nleasant amentities and views. 1. mgmt is the Werrible (they take forever to respond to issues). 3. Elevators have been broken for a month now. Get the elevators fixed. It’s been broken for a month now. I’m tired of hearing “be patient” and “we’re doing our best.” mgmt makes the simplest things difficult for tenants.

The apartments themselves are aesthetically pleasing and compare favorably to other complexes in the district. I'm particularly satisfied with my kitchen stove. sadly, the mgmt team comes across as dismissive and unprofessional. Communication is sparse and inconsistent. They seem indifferent to tenant safety and satisfaction. The elevator system remains broken down. Information sharing is bad. There's an unpleasant odor lingering throughout the entry district. The structure infrastructure appears to have structural deficiencies. We've experienced water damage in the fitness center during heavy rainfall, elevator flooding, accessibility issues that have persisted for weeks without resolution, and dangerous gas leaks. None of these serious problems have resulted in rent reductions or other remedies. Either invest in replacing aging infrastructure and properly maintaining the property, or reduce rental costs accordingly. Alternatively, hire a competent property mgmt firm that will actually fulfill their responsibilities.
