Pros: The tenants are friendly in the building. The units are on the larger side( for a NYC apartment). Cons: They don’t clean the building, heat is hardly on. 311 will be your best friend. Old wiring in some units so be careful of “in wall fire”. Advice to landlord: Clean the building, update the units, get mice and roaches out. GIVE HEAT IN THE COLD SEASON.
