Pros: Clean, Quiet. Neighbors are not seen frequently. Doorman, Very nice super although he recently left. Cons: Only one Elevator that tends to break down every 3 months or so. Crazy neighbors although many aren’t seen often. Narrow indoor parking garage and path to enter it. Advice to landlord: Renovate parking garage
