Pros: It’s in a quiet neighborhood Cons: Huge rats in front of the building there’s always garbage and there’s mice in the apartments Advice to landlord: Tell the residents to not leave garage in front of the building the rats is getting ridiculous and the building is dirty looks like it haven’t been clean in months
