Clean bldg, close to the 1 line, laundry room on ea floor. Cheap fixtures in units, no consistent water temperature. Major amenities constantly under repair. Significant rains cause flooding in lobby. Exterior windows never cleaned. Maintain the services and amenities you claim as selling tools to attract tenants

New appliances Modern layouts location's amazing Private package room Laundry on each floor mgmt doesn’t care about tenants Super does bare minimum Building left us without hot water and without laundry rooms for 5 weeks in the summer, in the middle of the pandemic, and only offered 10% rent reduction for that period You’re going to start losing tenants if you don’t start showing some humanity and basic competence. Building is advertised as doorman building but instead we have a property manager who sits at the desk, nitpicks at small issues, and claims nothing is her problem
