Pros: The outside was nice and a big apartment Cons: The neighbors and the owner. Don’t know if it’s the same one.

Pros: Nice facade ok Cons: The neighbors would blast their music and you can even hear it coming up through the floor. The building has very thin walls that you can hear your neighbors sneeze. You also had to pay your rent in cash. Advice to landlord: Have rules set about loud music.
