Unit Unit 1 Pros: Great location, very modern apartment! Cons: Directly above a very loud bar, gets very hot during the winter, and landlord can sometimes be a bit unresponsive.

Pros: Gets nice sun from the street side. Recently updated kitchens and bathrooms Cons: No windows in some of the living rooms. VERY LOUD. No kitchen space. Thin walls and floors - you can hear everything
