Pros: There is nothing to like about this building. Cons: There is everything wrong with this building. - it’s always dirty, there’s trash on the floor - the floor is always sticky and since the building isn’t cleaned daily it’s infested with rats and roaches. - it often leaks which causes mold and fungus to grow

Pros: It's a place to lay your head. Cons: It's a old building. It's roach rat/mice infested. Mold is also a issue. A lot of the tenants also have cracks in there walls. The stairs are in a horrible condition. They are lose and cracked. Repairs seem to be the last thing on their minds. They do little patch work and the issue come right back. Advice to landlord: Put better effort in the repairs. Get pest control.

Pros: If you like kittens there’s cats in the alley regularly getting pregnant. Mail runs good. That’s about it. Cons: Hallways are always dirty, the back where the trash is located is also always dirty. Tons of roaches, water bugs and mice love to chill with you. Neighbors from hell. Avoid this building during the summer smoke sessions at night, and packages always get stolen. Jose sucks he always takes his time fixing stuff. The landlord only replies when it’s rent related. Advice to landlord: Live here for a day see if you survive.
