Unit 2M Pros: Unique and spacious layouts. Some nice amenities. Cons: The management company are a bunch of thieves and difficult to deal with. Soundproofing of the apartments to the interior hallways and between apartments is not sufficient. Several tenants are disrespectful: playing loud music, constantly smoking weed, overloading garbage rooms and not managing their pets appropriately. We had to ultimately take the landlord/management company to court to recoup our security deposit which they had no right to keep. Advice to landlord: Develop a conscience and stop treating your tenants so poorly.

Pros: Architecture and design is nice Cons: The people. It's still the bronx yall, it is loud, music/parties till 4am on weekdays. These units are on SALE and EMPTY, FOR A REASON. Everyone on my floor moved out after only a year of living there because of all the noise, screaming, police showing up, and lack of respect of people trashing the hallways and elevators. The immediate neighborhood is nice, but only for 2 blocks before the precinct nearby breaking up bum fights near the 6 train entrance everyday. The projects are a block away, thus lots of reports/noises of shootings/ambulances and crimes nearby. Get yourself something in Manhattan or Brooklyn with the crazy rent they charge you here. Oh you know that nice pool and Jacuzzi? FILLED, with SCREAMING children everytime you don't want it to be, aka afterwork and the weekends. They also put individual water heaters in every unit but they grow mold SUPER easily, especially during the summer. Be prepared to fight off a spoiled egg/mold smell every other month, also there are so many cracks in the floor into other apts that you can hear EVERYTHING. Gustavo the super is great, but management is NOT on your side. They just want your money and will not do anything to assess your complaints. Respect yourself! Don't move here! Advice to landlord: Interview your tennants better

Pros: It’s conveniently located to manhattan, JFK/LGA, and 87 out of the city. The amenities are really good usually (when there not out of order). Pretty spacious units. And Gustavo! He’s the best super I’ve ever had! Cons: The excessive amount of flies at the front door in the summer time, the fact that there’s poop all over the sidewalk from tenants dogs. The turn around of ppl moving in and out of the building because during covid the landlords didn’t care if we lived or died during the pandemic they just wanted their $$$ anyway they could. The strict rules in the building. The fact that theres no patio furniture on the rooftop. They’ll tell you when you move in that there’s a 24hr doorman but he’s only here from 5pm-midnight. Advice to landlord: Be kinder to your tenants. That’s why you have soo many empty apartments now.

Pros: Washer dryer hookup option in some units, lots of amenities Cons: Expensive utility Bill, packages tend to not get delivered bc access to building in evening is not regulated as during say, $200/month fee for all building amenities Advice to landlord: Great building just wish utilities would get straightened out
