Pros: I just moved in 5 days ago. My newly renovated apartment. It's brand new and there are no holes in the wall yet where rats can come through... No yet. Cons: Hearing scratching in the wall when I turned off the light. Advice to landlord: Rats! No roaches or mice I see yet. RATS! There are YouTube videos on how to kill rats if ordinary methods don't work you know! This is supposed to be section 8 housing!
