Pros: There is no pros Cons: everything , everything is horrible . Advice to landlord: change the super

Pros: The older residents look out for each other. lol Cons: The lobby is always full of men smoking weed and selling weed to junkies! The front entrance has a small space where the junkies wait for their product! Stairs are always dirty with food/ bottles.. spit everywhere. The elevator is always dirty as well. With garbage bags and food containers. The hallways are dirty and roaches come into the apartments from outside! The windows are busted and bugs come in through there as well. The pests are out of control. I have never seen so many different bugs in my life. Advice to landlord: Change your super . He is okay and aware of all thats going on. I speak for myself .. It looks worse than a project building. Tenants are willing to call the authorities for this lobby situation and them smoking in the hallways. A lot of us have small kids and the smell comes into our apartments.
