Pros: Been here my whole life. Neighbors are cool. Good water. Cons: During the winter, there was barely any heat. Caused my lungs to flare up. Superintendent barely responds to poor conditions in the apartments. Advice to landlord: Please be more responsive and actually do what you need to do to keep this building up and running.
