Pros: Amenities like gym and laundry. The doormen are nice. The apartments are spacious. Cons: The maintenance team is lazy and sometimes clueless. They half-as$ their job. So, nothing is really fixed. Winters are harsh because the building has built in air conditioning in each apartment. The heat provided is not enough to keep warm. The apartments are not luxury as advertised. They are just stainless steel appliances and white walls. I recommend staring at the walls like you’re crazy when viewing the apartment. That’s when you’ll notice the apartments are not really set up for you to move. They are just painted over. The manager will assert his authority if he doesn’t get what he wants. Advice to landlord: Do better than be money hungry, especially when my and others people’s rent are on time.

Pros: Cleanliness, 24/7 doorman with super in the building. Cons: Friday night to Sunday morning there is very loud music played in the back street of the building which is very annoying. I wish something could have been done about that. Advice to landlord: Better and timely response to maintenance request would be appreciated.

Pros: Clean, responsive, easy move-in process, concierge. Cons: Loud noise coming into the apt from the highway and Restaurants from outside. Advice to landlord: Replacing windows with soundproof windows

I work at BronxCare and have been living here for over 2 years. Staff is friendly and work orders get completed very timely. Unfortunately there are roaches. For the past 3 months there is a party outside every night and you can hear the music a room volume until 6-7 am. Not recommended if you have a baby or want to sleep. Walking distance to the hospital and a nice gym when it was open pre-COVID. No problems with neighbors. Just don't leave your clothes in the washers and dryers or they will be removed by angry neighbors, even if it is 5 minutes (to be fair, some neighbors leave it in for several hours blocking all the washers and dryers).

The personal in charge of the move-in process is zero empathetic with the needs of the new residents. They simply treated us horribly. After more than 30 calls, many voicemails and close to 15 emails we finally were able to move our things into the building. I do not recommend this place to anybody. We are definitively not living in this place for more the current lease.
