Pros: Spacious, good heat, and a Great area Cons: Disgusting up keeping, no repairs, The building looks abandoned, no care for the tenants, superintendent has no respect for tenant, we are not allowed to reach super after hours or have his phone number for emergency.  Advice to landlord: Listen to your tenants more!

Pros: Perfect Neighborhood, Allows dogs Cons: Poor cleaning, elevator constantly broken Advice to landlord: Hire adults to clean
