New Elevator at the I moved in laundry room in the basement.  Hard to get anything repaired, I had a water leak from my ceiling no came to fix it in a timely matter after a while the part of my bathroom ceiling fell and also had black mold.

Plenty of natural light, Gantastic neighborhood, Eanageable transit access, generous square footage Missing intercom system, lobby entrance frequently unlocked/malfunctioning, basement cleaning standards bad, basement laundry affordable yet unsanitary, super unhelpful & stretched too thin, water damage from ceiling, sluggish elevator service, pest problems with roaches in basement With the premium rent being charged, there's no excuse for cutting corners on essential repairs and upkeep
